First off, this Character is not idfficult to make or use, and causes mass damage, can aslo keep self and Allied casters alive. First, get Faction Archmage Armor, Next Get the Pyromancers headgear, Buy a Superior Rune Of Fire Magic and Major Rune Of Energy Storage. So at lvl 20, you can have high fire magic stats, lots of energy and can put more into blood magic. The Spell Sort should be as follows:

Flare
FireBall
Lava Arrows (change to whatever, this is just a fillspell slot)
Tenachi's Heat
Life Siphon
Well Of Blood
Vamperic Stare (Whatever you want here too, suggest a personall heal though)
Gliph of Lesser Energy

With all that, you cause substancial damage to foes and can keep Allies in the area alive w/ well of blood and yourself w/ Life Siphon. My personall favorit setup.

Fireball is a good skill, but flare sucks imo. Sure, flare is okay for monsters under lvl20, but end game missions and elite mission, forget it.

/sarcasm/ Maybe you could just insult the monsters and hurt their feelings, that would do more damage than flare. /end sarcasm/

yeah, if your going to bring nuking into the ring and still have necro skills, you have to throw out flare and put in some more aoe. Maybe switch flare for rodgorts invo(large range, kind of, plus lots of dmg) lava arrows for meteor(its worth the exhaust) and tenachi heat for fire attunement(to regain some from the massive rodgorts)

if you put too many more nuking spells into that, then it doesnt make sense to have the necro skills, and then youd either need dual attunements or either prodigy. imo, nuking is a full-time job and requires all 8 slots to pull it off effectively

What else would you substitute for Flare? Flare is a fast recharge spammable skill. Is there something better suited for this?

Why would you call that build the Greatest PvE Factions Ele/Necro?

I don't know why other people say this post doesn't belong in this forum, clearly it does.

Keep Lava Arrows, drop Flare. Flare is spamable, but Lava Arrows is almost a spamable and it hits upto 3 people. Trade Flare for Mark Of Rodgort.

Its called Vampiric Gaze, not Vamperic Stare.

Should drop Fireball and use Meteor. Since this is only Factions, you don't have access to Meteor Shower.
